If you let us know that you are returning the goods within 14 days of receiving and the goods are returned before 28 days since you received them then this is acceptable by British law. After this time scale we are unable to accept returns. Due to the nature of our products we dont offer free returns and you will need to send the goods back via a safe and secure method to Gentlemen’s Practice, 100 Witton Street, Northwich, Cheshire CW9 5AB and at your own expense.

All box-sets, scarfs, watches and any order that has 3 or more items in it will be sent in a GP box. Orders of one or two items not listed above will be sent in a padded jiffy packet.
